三联中医集束化护理在老年骨性关节炎中应用效果

摘　　要：目的研究三联中医集束化护理在老年膝骨性关节炎中的应用效果。方法选取2017年2月—2018年12月收治的老年膝骨性关节炎患者共80例,将其随机分成对照组和观察组,每组各40例患者。对照组使用常规康复治疗护理方法,观察组的患者在常规治疗护理的基础上应用三联中医集束化护理方法,对比两组患者护理之后的效果。结果观察组患者的膝关节骨性关节炎严重性指数(ISOA)评分明显低于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者临床疗效对比,对照组总有效率77.5%,观察组的总有效率为95%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的护理满意度明显高于对照组,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论三联中医集束化护理在老年膝骨性关节炎中的应用能够有效改善患者的关节功能,提升治疗有效率以及提高护理满意度,有助于建立和谐的医患关系,值得推广应用。Objective To study the effect of Chinese medicine triple clustering nursing in elderly knee osteoarthritis.Methods A total of 80 elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis who were treated in our hospital from February 2017 to December 2018 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group randomly,with 40 patients in each group.Using the conventional rehabilitation nursing method for the control group,and use the traditional Chinese medicine triple clustering nursing method for the observation group patients on the basis of conventional treatment nursing,and compare the effects of the two groups of patients after nursing.Results The ISOA score of patients in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.00%,which was significantly higher than the total effective rate of treatment in the control group(77.50%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was also significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of TCM clustering nursing in elderly knee osteoarthritis can effectively improve the patient's joint function,improve the treatment efficiency and improve nursing satisfaction,help to establish a harmonious doctor-patient relationship,and is worthy of popularization and application.
