摘　　要：心力衰竭(心衰)是多种心系疾病的终末期阶段,病发率高,是当今研究热点最高的心血管疾病之一。统计学软件分析,表明血瘀证是心衰主要证候之一,且血瘀贯穿于心衰发生发展的始终,化瘀类中药对心衰具有调节神经体液因子、调控信号通路传导、影响氧化应激反应及改善心肌能量代谢的作用,进而保护心肌,抑制心室重塑,改善心功能,达到防治心衰的目的。Heart failure is the end-stage of many kinds of heart diseases with high incidence.It is one of the most serious cardiovascular diseases.According to the statistical software analysis,it is concluded that the blood stasis syndrome is one of the main syndromes in the syndromes and syndrome types of heart failure,and the blood stasis runs through the whole process of the occurrence and development of heart failure.The traditional Chinese medicine of removing blood stasis has the functions of regulating the neurohumoral factors,regulating the signal pathway conduction,influencing the oxidative stress response and improving the myocardial energy metabolism,so as to protect the myocardium,inhibit the ventricular remodeling and improve the cardiac function to prevent and treat heart failure.
