摘　　要：蒽环类药物是在肿瘤内科治疗发展历程中具有里程碑意义的药物,其主要的不良反应是心脏毒性,这限制了蒽环类药物的使用和抗肿瘤效果。文章主要从中医思维的角度阐述蒽环类药物性心脏损害的治疗,从病因病机到治法用药,总结作者的临床体会。Anthracycline is a landmark drug in the development of cancer medical treatment.Its main adverse effect is cardiotoxicity,which limits the use of anthracycline and its anti-tumor effect.This paper mainly expounded the treatment of anthracycline-induced cardiac damage from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine etiology and pathogenesisand summarized the clinical experience.
