虚气留滞与男性免疫性不育症病机探讨

摘　　要：中医药治疗男性免疫性不育症历史悠久,经验丰富,形成了多种多样的治疗思路与方法,现试通过探讨虚气留滞理论来剖析男性免疫性不育症的病因病机,认为正气不足(虚气)是男性免疫性不育症发病之本,湿毒内蕴,精血瘀阻(留滞)是男性免疫性不育症发病之标,正虚邪实,虚气留滞互为致病因素,故临床当以益气消滞,扶正祛邪为治疗大法,以期借此探讨为中医药治疗本病提供新的思路与方法。Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has a long history and rich experience in the treatment of male immune infertility,and has formed a variety of treatment ideas and methods.This paper attempted to analyze the etiology and pathogenesis of male immune infertility by discussing the theory of Qi stagnation due to deficiency.It is considered that deficiency of Qi is the root of male immune infertility,dampness and toxin accumulation,blood stasis and essence stagnation are the secondary pathogenesis of male immune infertility.Evil excess and Qi stagnation due to deficiency are the pathogenic factors,and so it is necessary to strengthen Qi and eliminate stagnation in clinic.Supporting vital Qi and expelling evils is a great method to treat this disease with the hope of providing new ideas and methods for the treatment of this disease by traditional Chinese medicine.
