新安医家徐春甫针灸学术思想探析

摘　　要：对明代御医、著名新安医家徐春甫的针灸学术思想进行了初步探讨,发现其主要具有以下特点:①《内经》为宗,“诸贤”羽翼,徐氏以《内经》为标准,并在此基础上进行发挥发展;②经络养生,未病先防。徐氏首先提出“经络养生”的观点,主张通过调理经络与穴位来调理脏腑的功能;③治神为要,补泻为辅。徐春甫在针灸临床应用中,特别注重治神。正所谓:“补虚泄实,神归其室”;④针药并重,灸焫为先。徐氏推崇针药并用,尤其推崇灸法,针灸药因病而施治者,医之良也。他的针灸学术思想丰富了新安医家的内容,也对针灸的发展和传播产生了深远影响。This paper made a preliminary study of academic thoughts on acupuncture and moxibustion of XU Chunfu,who is a famous doctor of Xin'an in the Ming Dynasty.It is found that his academic thoughts have the following characteristics:(1)Neijing is the master of acupuncture and moxibustion,and other famous works can be the guiding thoughts.XU takes Neijing as the standard,and develops on this basis.(2)Meridian health preservation and prevention before disease:XU has first put forward the idea of“meridian health preservation”,which is advocated regulating the function of Zang-Fu organs by regulating meridians and acupoints.(3)It is important to treat the spirit,supplemented by reinforcing and reducing.XU Chunfu has paid special attention to the treatment of mind in the clinical application of acupuncture and moxibustion.As the saying goes:“Tonifying the deficiency and purging the excess can make the spirit normal”.(4)Acupuncture and medicine are equally important,and moxibustion is the first.XU has highly praised the combination of acupuncture and medicine,especially moxibustion.His academic thoughts on acupuncture and moxibustion not only enriched the contents of Xin'an physicians,but also had a profound impact on the development and spread of acupuncture and moxibustion.
