滋肾培膜膏治疗早发性卵巢功能减退(肝肾阴虚型)临床疗效评价研究

摘　　要：目的评价名老中医经验膏方滋肾培膜膏治疗卵巢功能减退的临床疗效。方法将符合试验纳排标准86例患者,随机分为两组。试验组予滋肾培膜膏,对照组予雌孕激素序贯疗法,连续治疗3个月,统计月经症状积分,中医证候积分,基础FSH、LH、FSH/LH、E2及AMH、AFC与子宫内膜等相关指标。结果治疗后两组FSH、LH、FSH/LH水平下降,AMH、E2水平升高,子宫内膜厚度、AFC增加(P<0.05)。膏方组总有效率为95.24%(40/42),西药组总有效率为80.49%(33/41)(P<0.05)。结论滋肾培膜膏与雌孕激素皆能改善肝肾阴虚型早发性卵巢功能减退患者的卵巢功能,且滋肾培膜膏疗效及安全性均优于雌孕激素。Objective To evaluation the clinical efficacy of Zishen Peimo Herbal Paste(滋肾培膜膏)in the treatment of ovarian dysfunction.Methods Eighty-six patients who met the standard of the test were randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group was given Zishen Peimo Herbal Paste.The control group was given estrogen and progesterone sequential therapy.After continuous treatment for 3 months,menstrual symptom scores,TCM syndrome scores,levels of FSH,LH,FSH/LH,E2,AMH,AFC and endometrial and other related indicators were observed.Results After treatment,the levels of FSH,LH and FSH/LH decreased,levels of AMH and E2 increased,endometrial thickness and AFC increased(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group was 95.24%(40/42),and that of the control group was 80.49%(33/41)(P<0.05).Conclusion Zishen Peimo Herbal Paste and estrogen and progesterone can improve the ovarian function of patients with early-onset ovarian decline of liver and kidney Yin deficiency and the efficacy and safety of Zishen Peimo Herbal Paste are better than those of estrogen and progesterone.
