调任通督针刺结合电针治疗2型糖尿病抑郁症临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察调任通督针刺结合电针治疗治疗2型糖尿病抑郁症的临床疗效。方法选择60例2型糖尿病抑郁症患者,均维持原糖尿病药物治疗,随机分成治疗组、对照组各30例,对照组予盐酸氟西汀口服治疗,治疗组予调任通督针刺结合电针疗法,疗程8周。观察两组治疗前后汉密尔顿抑郁量表、中医疗效评分、血糖变化。结果两组汉密尔顿抑郁评分及血糖各项指标(FPG、2hPG、HbA1c)治疗后较治疗前明显减低,治疗组抗抑郁疗效优于对照组(P<0.01),治疗组血糖变化好于对照组(P<0.05);两组中医疗效评分较治疗前下降,且显效率治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论调任通督针刺结合电针治疗可有效改善2型糖尿病抑郁症患者临床症状,减轻患者痛苦,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of“regulating Ren meridian and dredging Du meridian acupuncture”combined with electroacupuncture on type 2 diabetic with depression.Methods Sixty patients with type 2 diabetes with depression were selected and all of them were treated with the original diabetes drugs.The cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The control group was treated with fluoxetine hydrochloride orally,and the treatment group was given“regulating Ren meridian and dredging Du meridian acupuncture”combined with electroacupuncture therapy for 8 weeks.The Hamilton Depression Scale,TCM curative effect score and blood glucose were observed before and after treatment.Results The scores of Hamilton depression and blood glucose(FPG,2 hPG,HbA1c)in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment.The antidepressant effect in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.01),and the blood glucose change in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion“Regulating Ren meridian and dredging Du meridian acupuncture”combined with electroacupuncture treatment can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of type 2 diabetes with depression patients and alleviate the pain of patients,worthy of clinical promotion.
