摘 要:以某型防空导弹仪器舱为研究对象,利用UG/Routing Electrical软件进行了舱段电缆网敷设仿真设计。给出了三维电缆网敷设设计流程,提出了舱段电缆网的敷设方案及加工尺寸,解决了传统电缆网设计中无法精确给出各连接器分叉位置及对应长度的问题,得到了能够直观指导装配的三维电缆网敷设模型。试验结果表明,该方法得到的电缆网加工尺寸平均误差仅为传统方式的18%,可以有效提高弹上电缆网敷设设计质量和指导生产实际,具有一定的工程应用价值。In this paper,a certain type of air defense missile instrument cabin is taken as the research object,and the simulation design of the cable network laying in the cabin is carried out using the three-dimensional design software UG/Routing Electrical.The design flow of 3 D cable network laying is given,and the laying scheme of the cable network of the missile instrument cabin and the processing size of the cable network are proposed.The problem that the branch position and corresponding length of each electrical connector can not be accurately given in the traditional cable network design is solved.A three-dimensional cable network laying model that can intuitively guide assembly is obtained.The test results show that the average error of the cable net processing size obtained by this method is only 18% of the traditional one,which can effectively improve the design quality of the laying of the cable network and guide the production practice,and has certain engineering application value.
