摘  要:本文以柠檬酸-硝酸盐燃烧法合成Lu^(3+)和Gd^(3+)共掺杂CeO_(2),再与二元硫酸盐制备复合电解质Ce_(0.8)Gd_(0.1)Lu_(0.1)O_(2-α)-KLiSO_(4)。采用X射线衍射技术测定单一Ce_(0.8)Gd_(0.1)Lu_(0.1)O_(2-α)和复合Ce_(0.8)Gd_(0.1)Lu_(0.1)O_(2-α)-KLiSO_(4)电解质的晶体结构。用交流阻抗法测定复合电解质在500–800℃范围内的中温电性能。结果表明,900℃下烧结5h后,形成了Lu^(3+)和Gd^(3+)共掺杂二氧化铈单一电解质。适当的二元硫酸盐的加入有助于复合电解质的烧结致密化。在500–800℃测试范围内,Ce_(0.8)Gd_(0.1)Lu_(0.1)O_(2-α)-KLiSO_(4)的电导率提高了两个数量级,800℃时,电导率达到4.1×10^(-3)S.cm^(-1)。In this study,Lu^(3+)and Gd^(3+)double doped ceria was synthesized by a citric acid-nitrate combustion method,then,mixed with binary sulphates to prepare Ce_(0.8)Gd_(0.1)Lu_(0.1)O_(2-α)-KLiSO_(4)composite electrolyte.The crystal structures of Ce_(0.8)Gd_(0.1)Lu_(0.1)O_(2-α)and Ce_(0.8)Gd_(0.1)Lu_(0.1)O_(2-α)-KLiSO_(4)were determined by X-ray diffraction.The electrical properties of composite electrolyte at 500-800℃were measured by AC impedance method.The results showed that Lu^(3+)and Gd^(3+)co-doped CeO_(2)single electrolyte is formed after sintering at 900℃for 5 h.The proper addition of binary sulfate was helpful to the densification of the composite electrolyte.In the range of 500-800℃,two orders of magnitude in the conductivity of Ce_(0.8)Gd_(0.1)Lu_(0.1)O_(2-α)-KLiSO_(4)were improved.At 800℃,the conductivity reached 4.1×10^(-3)S.cm^(-1).
