构建江苏省终身教育体系的思考与探索

摘　　要：终身教育具有时间上的延展性,是一种教育形态,贯穿人生全过程,包含了现有教育形态在内的各种教育类型。终身教育体系是一个系统工程,内涵十分丰富。从经济实力、人才资源、配套政策、实践经验四个方面构建了江苏终身教育体系的存量优势,从决定力量、外在力量、内在力量、持续力量四个层面构建了江苏终身教育体系的增量动能。信息化背景下,江苏省构建终身教育体系发展的提速策略是,完善终身教育法制体系、提优体系及管理互认体系。Lifelong education is an educational form with temporal extension throughout the whole process of life,including all kinds of existing education types. Lifelong education system is a systematic project with rich connotation. We have built the stock advantages of lifelong education system in Jiangsu from four aspects of economic strength,human resources,supporting policies and practical experience,and the incremental kinetic energy of lifelong education system in Jiangsu from four aspects of decisive force,external force,internal force and sustainable force. The strategy to speed up the development of lifelong education system in Jiangsu in the background of informatization is to improve the legal system,the system of promoting excellence and the system of mutual recognition of management for lifelong education.
