摘　　要：由于我国职业足球俱乐部转会信息共享的俱乐部之间存在信息不对称,双方都有可能利用信息不对称实现自身利益而导致逆向选择,因此如何消解俱乐部转会信息共享的逆向选择,对促进运动员转会以及发展我国职业足球都有着重要意义。借助委托代理理论,通过文献资料、逻辑分析等方法对我国职业足球俱乐部转会信息共享的逆向选择成因及消解方式进行探析,认为在俱乐部转会信息共享中主要存在隐藏转会信息、隐藏转会行动两种不同逆向选择,其成因既与俱乐部自身内部因素有关,还与俱乐部转会信息共享市场外部的不确定因素相关。基于以上分析提出完善多元制度体系、建构多边治理机制、提升俱乐部转会信息共享管理能力、采取职业足球联盟一体化等消解逆向选择的具体思路。Due to the information asymmetry between the clubs sharing the transfer information of professional football clubs in my country,both parties may use the information asymmetry to realize their own interests and lead to adverse selection.Therefore,how to eliminate the adverse selection of club transfer information sharing is helpful to promote the transfer of athletes.It is of great significance to meet and develop professional football in our country.With the help of principal-agent theory,through literature,and logical analysis,and other methods,the cause and resolution of the adverse selection of the transfer information sharing of professional football clubs in my country are analyzed.It is believed that there are two different adverse choices of hidden transfer information and hidden transfer actions.Adverse selections are caused by not only the internal factors of the club itself,but also the uncertain factors outside the club’s transfer information sharing market.Based on the above analysis,this paper puts forward some specific ideas,such as perfecting the pluralistic system,constructing the multilateral governance mechanism,enhancing the management ability of club transfer information sharing,and adopting the integration of professional football leagues to eliminate adverse selection.
