摘  要:为探讨姜黄素对甲醛诱导的小鼠肝损伤的保护作用,将32只雄性ICR小鼠随机分为4组:对照组(生理盐水)、甲醛(50 mg/kg)模型组、姜黄素低剂量组(50 mg/kg)、姜黄素高剂量组(100 mg/kg),每组8只。连续灌胃14 d后,对肝组织的脏器指数、组织形态变化、脂质过氧化水平以及相关炎症和凋亡因子的表达水平进行分析。结果显示,与对照组相比,甲醛降低了模型组小鼠肝的脏器指数,显著增加了肝组织中MDA含量、NF-κB、炎症因子(TNF-α、IL-6、IL-1β)和凋亡因子(Bax、Caspase 3)的表达水平,并导致小鼠肝组织形态异常;与甲醛模型组相比,姜黄素低、高剂量组小鼠肝的脏器指数增加,MDA含量、炎症因子和凋亡因子表达水平均降低,肝组织形态损伤有所改善,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结果表明,姜黄素对甲醛诱导的小鼠肝损伤具有保护作用。To study the protective effect of curcumin on liver damage induced by formaldehyde in mice.Thirty-two male ICR mice were randomly divided into 4 groups,control group(saline),model group(50 mg/kg formaldehyde),low-dose curcumin group(50 mg/kg),and high-dose curcumin group(100 mg/kg).After treating 14 days,the relative liver weights,histological morphology,lipid peroxidation,and the expression levels of inflammatory and apoptosis-related factors in liver tissues were analyzed.In the results,the relative liver weights were decreased and the MDA contents,the expression levels of inflammatory factors(NF-κB,TNF-α,IL-6,IL-1β) and apoptotic factors(Bax,Caspase 3) were significantly increased(P<0.05) and the liver histological structure was damaged in model group compared with them in the control group.However,compared with them in the model group,the relative liver weights were increased,and the MDA contents,the gene expression levels of inflammatory factors and apoptotic factors were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the liver histological structure was significantly recovered in the curcumin groups.The results indicated that curcumin has protective effect on liver damage induced by formaldehyde in mice.
