摘  要:蚕豆赤斑病是蚕豆生产上最重要的世界性病害之一,也是影响青海省蚕豆产量和品质最重要的病害。在多环境试验中,蚕豆资源抗赤斑病普遍存在基因型效应、环境效应及两者之间互作效应,科学评价资源的抗性与稳定性有助于全面了解资源特性。本研究自2015-2019年连续于4个地点采用大田自然发病的方法进行抗性鉴定,评价青海省34份蚕豆资源对蚕豆赤斑病的抗性,利用GGE双标图筛选出最佳基因型与测试环境。结果显示,‘VF4’、‘VF5’、‘VF6’3个资源对蚕豆赤斑病的抗性和抗病稳定性较其余31份资源都表现良好,可优先利用其对蚕豆赤斑病的抗性进行育种。以大有山和植保所试验地为代表的低海拔、中海拔生态区具有较好的区分力与代表性,以南门峡试验点为代表的高海拔生态区区分力较好,但代表性较差,可用来淘汰抗性较差且抗性不稳定的资源。Broad bean chocolate spot is one of the most important worldwide diseases in the production of broad bean.It is also the most important disease affecting the yield and quality of broad bean in Qinghai Province.In a multi-environmental test,genotypic,environmental and interaction effects of broad bean resources against chocolate spot.Scientific evaluation of the resistance and stability of resources is helpful to understand the characteristics of resources.From 2015 to 2019,the resistance was identified by field natural disease in four sites.To evaluate the resistance of 34 broad bean resources to chocolate spot of broad bean in Qinghai Province.By using GGE biplot,the optimal genotype and test environment were selected.As a result,’VF4’,’VF5’,’VF6’the resistance and stability of three resources to Vicia faba chocolate spot were better than those of the other 31 resources,it can be cultivated as a resource against broad bean chocolate spot.The low-altitude and middle-altitude ecological areas represented by Dayou mountains and Plant Protection Institute have good differentiation and representation.The high altitude ecological area represented by the test point of Nanmen Gorge has better differentiation,but less representative,it can be used to eliminate resources with poor resistance and unstable resistance.
