摘  要:阿舍勒铜矿深部采用大直径深孔爆破落矿,为了提高采场爆破质量,确定适用于深部大直径深孔爆破崩矿的爆破参数。在井下现场开展了单孔系列爆破、宽孔距同段爆破和斜面台阶爆破试验,得出了当前矿岩条件下的药包最佳埋深为0.66 m,最佳爆破漏斗体积为0.42 m^(3),最佳炸药单耗为0.37 kg/t,最小抵抗线合理范围为3.19-3.60 m。根据相似理论,对深部采场大直径深孔爆破的参数进行了分析和优化,按照优化后的采场爆破参数进行了工业试验。工业试验取得了良好的爆破效果,采场边界较完整,矿石块度均匀,贫化率仅为5.94%,损失率为3.99%。Large-diameter deep-hole blasting caving is adopted in the deep part of Ashele Copper Mine. In order to improve the blasting quality of stope, the blasting parameters suitable for the large-diameter deep-hole blasting caving in deep stope were determined. The tests of single-hole series blasting, wide-hole interval blasting in the same section and inclined bench blasting were carried out in the underground field. The results show that the optimal buried depth of the charge under the current ore-rock conditions is 0.66 m, the optimal blasting funnel volume is 0.42 m^(3), the optimal explosive unit consumption is 0.37 kg/t, and the reasonable range of the minimum resistance line is 3.19~3.60 m. According to the similarity theory, the parameters of large-diameter deep-hole blasting in deep stope were analyzed and optimized, and the industrial test was carried out according to the optimized stope blasting parameters. Industrial test has achieved a good blasting effect, with complete stope boundary and uniform ore block. The ore dilution rate is only 5.94%, and the loss rate is 3.99%.
