摘  要:为了探究施肥对青藏高原高寒草地生态系统的影响,以色达县天然草地为对象,研究氮肥(尿素)、液体肥(农肥)对高寒草地植被特征及土壤物理性状的影响,结果表明:1)施氮肥(K2)处理下地上生物量高于其他处理组(P<0.05);2)物种丰富度指数、多样性指数和禾本科植物的多样性在K2处理组下有显著的增加(P<0.05);3)植被高度、盖度、土壤含水率、土壤容重及植被鲜干比无显著性差异(P> 0.05).说明相较于农肥,施氮肥对高寒草地的促进作用更加显著.该结果为促进青藏高原高寒草地恢复提供了科学的理论依据.In this paper, the effects of nitrogenous manure(carbamide) and fluid fertilizer(agricultural fertilizer) on vegetation characteristics and soil physical properties of alpine grassland in Serdar County were studied to explore the impact of fertilization on the alpine grassland ecosystem of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. The results indicated thatthe aboveground biomass of K2 treatment was higher than that of other treatment groups(P < 0.05), thatthe species richness index, diversity index and grass species diversity in K2 treatment group were significantly increased(P < 0.05), and that there were no significant differences in vegetation height, coverage, soil moisture content, soil bulk density and fresh-dry ratio(P > 0.05). There was more significant promoting effects on alpine grassland treated by nitrogen fertilizer compared with agricultural fertilizer. A scientific theoretical basis was provided by the results for the restoration of alpine grassland on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau.
