摘  要:海藻酸钠微球是一种绿色环保的水凝胶材料,然而由于微球内部亲水性很强,在吸附疏水污染物时具有一定局限性.引入一种常规的表面活性剂(十二烷基硫酸钠,SDS)制备海藻酸钠/SDS复合微球,系统地研究了海藻酸钠微球形成的最佳条件,并比较了海藻酸钠微球和复合微球在模拟废水中对甲苯的吸附能力.结果显示SDS的引入对提高微球的污染物吸附能力效果明显,甲苯去除率由32.6%可提高至41.7%.升高温度可进一步提高其吸附速率和最大吸附量,65℃时甲苯在8小时后的去除率达86.2%.红外光谱和扫描电子显微镜显示了SDS表面活性剂的疏水尾链成功整合进入复合微球,疏水区域的存在提高了其对甲苯的吸附能力.这种复合微球制备简便、吸附效果较好、成本低,对基于海藻酸钠新型复合材料在有机污染物吸附治理有一定的指导意义.Sodium alginate(NaAlg) microspheres are green and environmentally friendly hydrogel materials. However, due to their strong hydrophilicity, they have some limitations in adsorbing hydrophobic pollutants. In this paper, sodium alginate-SDS composite microspheres were prepared by using a conventional surfactant(sodium dodecyl sulfate, SDS). The optimum conditions for the microsphere formation were systematically studied. Moreover, the adsorption capacity was compared between pure calcium alginate microspheres and composite microspheres for toluene in simulated wastewater, and the data indicated that the introduction of SDS could improve the adsorption capacity of the microspheres, and the proportion of removal of toluene could be increased from 32.6% to 41.7%. The adsorption rate and maximum adsorption capacity of toluene could be further increased by increasing temperature. The proportion of removal of toluene could reach 86.2% after 8 hours at 65 oC. Infrared spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy showed that the hydrophobic tail chains of SDS surfactants were successfully integrated into hybrid microspheres, and the presence of hydrophobic regions enhanced their adsorption capacity for toluene. The hybrid microspheres have the advantages of simple preparation, good adsorption effect and low-priced. It has certain guiding significance for the new composite materials based on sodium alginate in the adsorption treatment of organic pollutants.
