摘  要:采用甲醛、尿素和三聚氰胺制备了改性脲醛树脂胶粘剂(MUF),并分别用硅藻土和粉煤灰制备了不同比例的无机矿物粒子改性脲醛树脂胶粘剂,然后利用改性脲醛树脂制备了纤维板。探究了两种无机矿物(硅藻土和粉煤灰)改性对脲醛树脂胶粘剂及其制备纤维板性能的影响。研究结果表明:在脲醛树脂中大量引入无机矿物,对其黏度影响较小,但会增加树脂的固体含量,并显著延长其固化时间;当w(硅藻土)=10%(相对于脲醛树脂质量而言),纤维板的静曲强度由36.7 MPa提高至46.3 MPa,弹性模量由3358 MPa提高至3789 MPa,内结合强度由0.83 MPa提高至0.93 MPa,24 h吸水厚度膨胀率可由12.6%降低至9.4%;无机矿物的引入,减少了纤维板制造对纤维、胶粘剂等物料的消耗,并且为高性能纤维板环保制造提供支撑。The modified urea formaldehyde resin adhesive(MUF)was prepared by formaldehyde,urea and melamine.Diatomite and fly ash were used to prepare different proportions of inorganic mineral particles modified urea formaldehyde resin adhesive.And then modified urea formaldehyde resin was used to prepare fiberboard.The effects of modification of two inorganic minerals(diatomite and fly ash)on the properties of urea formaldehyde resin adhesive and its prepared fiberboard were studied.The research results showed that the introduction of a large amount of inorganic minerals into urea formaldehyde resin had little effect on its viscosity,but it could increase the solid content of resin and significantly prolong its curing time.When w(diatomite)=10%(relative to the mass of urea formaldehyde resin),the modulus of rupture of fiberboard increased from 36.7 MPa to 46.3 MPa,the modulus of elasticity increased from 3358 MPa to 3789 MPa,the internal bond strength increased from 0.83 MPa to0.93 MPa,and the 24 h water absorption thickness swelling could be reduced from 12.6%to 9.4%.The introduction of inorganic minerals reduced the consumption of fiber,adhesive and other raw materials in fiberboard manufacturing,which provided support for the manufacturing of environmental friendly and high performance fiberboard.
