摘  要:以甲醛、尿素为原料,纤维素乙醇水溶液为pH调节剂和改性剂,三聚氰胺、聚乙烯醇为改性剂,合成了微游离醛脲醛树脂,并运用单因素变量控制法研究了制备工艺。研究结果表明:当n(甲醛)∶n(尿素)=1.1∶1.0,加成反应温度为60℃,反应pH为8.5~9.5,缩聚反应阶段添加10%的纤维素乙醇水溶液调节pH为4.8~5.1,反应温度为95~100℃条件下,添加w(聚乙烯醇)=0.15%和w(三聚氰胺)=5%(相对于尿素质量而言)为改性剂,合成了微游离醛脲醛树脂胶粘剂。经在杨木人造板中应用,脲醛树脂胶粘剂的性能满足E0级人造板用胶粘剂的质量要求。Using formaldehyde and urea as raw materials,cellulose ethanol aqueous solution as pH regulator and modifier,melamine and polyvinyl alcohol as modifier,urea-formaldehyde resin with micro free aldehyde was prepared.Single factor variable control method was used to study the preparation process.The research results showed that when n(formaldehyde)∶n(urea)=1.1∶1.0,the addition reaction temperature was 60℃,the reaction pH was 8.5-9.5,10%cellulose ethanol aqueous solution was added to adjust the pH to 4.8-5.1 during the polycondensation reaction,and the reaction temperature was 95-100℃,then w(polyvinyl alcohol)=0.15%and w(melamine)=5%(relative to the quality of urea)were added as modifiers,urea-formaldehyde resin adhesive with micro free aldehyde was synthesized.After being applied in poplar wood-based panel,the performance of urea-formaldehyde resin adhesive could meet the quality requirements of E0 grade adhesive for wood-based panel.
