摘　　要：为提升环氧树脂胶对高架桥梁补修的应用效果,研究了固化温度对高架桥梁补修用环氧树脂胶拉伸强度的影响。利用E-44双酚A型环氧树脂、低分子聚酰胺与环氧树脂593固化剂混合物等材料制备环氧树脂胶,采用电子万能试验机等设备,从拉伸强度、弯曲性能、压缩强度等方面测试其力学性能。研究结果表明:低分子聚酰胺与环氧树脂593固化剂混合物存在一定潜伏性;固化温度较低时,试件结构拉伸断裂面相对光滑;固化温度为70℃时,试件拉伸强度与其他固化温度条件相比提升18.9%以上;固化温度一致条件下,w(固化剂)=50%的试件拉伸强度、断裂伸长率和弹性模量均高于w(固化剂)=35%的试件,分别达到70.94 MPa、10.35%和3.77 GPa。In order to improve the application effects of epoxy resin adhesive for viaduct repair,the influence of curing temperature on the tensile strength of epoxy resin adhesive for viaduct repair was studied.Epoxy resin adhesive was prepared by E-44 bisphenol A epoxy resin,low molecular polyamide and epoxy resin 593 curing agent mixture,and its mechanical properties were tested from the aspects of tensile strength,bending property and compression strength by electronic universal testing machine and other equipment.The research results showed that the mixture of low molecular polyamide and epoxy resin 593 curing agent had certain latent property.When the curing temperature was low,the tensile fracture surface of specimen structure was relatively smooth.When the curing temperature was 70℃,the tensile strength of the specimen increased by more than 18.9%compared with other curing temperature conditions.Under the same curing temperature condition,the tensile strength,elongation at break and elastic modulus of the specimen with w(curing agent)=50%were higher than those of the specimen with w(curing agent)=35%,which reached 70.94 MPa,10.35%and 3.77 GPa,respectively.
