摘  要:合成了一种基于磷和氮的阻燃剂——氨基三亚甲基磷酸钙(Ca-ATMP),并对其进行热重分析(TGA),发现Ca-ATMP具有很好的热稳定性和高残碳率,将其掺入硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料(RPUF)中。研究结果表明:Ca-ATMP明显提升了RPUF的高温热稳定性,T-50%和最终残碳率均随Ca-ATMP添加量的增大而增大;掺入质量分数为20%的Ca-ATMP,RPUF残碳率高达30.3%。通过Flynn-Wall-Ozawa法和Starink法分别对RPUF-0和RPUF-10Ca进行热解动力学分析,其中Flynn-Wall-Ozawa法计算所得RPUF-0和RPUF-10Ca的平均活化能分别为126.00和131.05 kJ/mol,Starink法计算所得RPUF-0和RPUF-10Ca的平均活化能分别为122.72和127.57 kJ/mol,表明改性RPUF具有很好的热稳定性。A kind of phosphorus and nitrogen-based flame retardant—calcium amino-tris-(methylenephosphonate)(Ca-ATMP)was synthesized and its thermogravimetric analysis(TGA)was carried out.It was found that Ca-ATMP had good thermal stability and high rate of carbon residue,and was blended into rigid polyurethane foam(RPUF).The research results showed that Ca-ATMP improved the high temperature thermal stability of RPUF significantly,T-50%and the final rate of carbon residue increased with the increase of Ca-ATMP content.When 20%Ca-ATMP was added,the rate of carbon residue of RPUF was up to 30.3%.The pyrolysis kinetics of RPUF-0 and RPUF-10 Ca were analyzed by Flynn-Wall-Ozawa method and Starink method,respectively.The average activation energies of RPUF-0 and RPUF-10 Ca calculated by Flynn-Wall-Ozawa method were 126.00 and 131.05 kJ/mol respectively,and the average activation energies of RPUF-0 and RPUF-10 Ca calculated by Starink method were 122.72 and 127.57 kJ/mol respectively,showing that the modified RPUF had good thermal stability.
