摘  要:以聚乙烯醇和胶乳等混合后的主剂同异氰酸酯交联剂共同混合搅拌制得异氰酸酯胶粘剂。将其涂布于芯板的两面,与面板、背板共同热压后制得三层实木复合地板作为试验试件,测定不同配方异氰酸酯胶粘剂在试件中的应用性能以及不同液压参数对胶粘剂拼接试件性能的影响。研究结果表明:使用丁苯胶乳制备的异氰酸酯胶粘剂所拼接的试件整体性能更优越,适当提升异氰酸酯胶粘剂的丁苯胶乳与交联剂的含量可有效提高试件的粘接性能;选取单位压力为0.8 MPa及胶粘剂涂布量为350 g/m^(2)作为供暖建筑实木复合地板拼接中的较佳液压参数,可提升拼接后地板的剪切强度。Isocyanate adhesive was prepared by mixing the main agent of polyvinyl alcohol and latex with isocyanate crosslinking agent and stirring together.It was coated on both sides of the core board and hot pressed together with the front board and back board to prepare the three-layer solid wood composite floor as test specimen.The application performance of different formulations of isocyanate adhesive in specimen as well as the effects of different hydraulic parameters on the performance of adhesive splicing test specimen were measured.The research results showed that the overall performance of the specimen spliced by isocyanate adhesive which was prepared by styrene butadiene latex was better,and the bonding performance of specimen could be effectively improved by appropriately increasing the content of the styrene butadiene latex and crosslinking agent in isocyanate adhesive.The unit pressure of 0.8 MPa and the adhesive coating amount of 350 g/m^(2) were selected as the optimum hydraulic parameters in the splicing of solid wood composite floor of heating building,which could improve the shear strength of spliced floor.
