有机硅改性聚氨酯底涂剂的制备及性能研究

摘　　要：以聚酯二醇、二苯甲烷-4,4-二异氰酸酯、二(γ-三甲氧基甲硅烷基丙基)胺为单体,制备了有机硅改性聚氨酯(SPU)树脂。然后加入色素炭黑、成膜剂、促粘接剂N-(β-氨乙基-γ-氨丙基)三甲氧基硅烷和催化剂高活性有机锡,制备有机硅改性聚氨酯(SPU)底涂剂。利用红外光谱对其进行表征分析,探讨了R值、偶联剂用量、SPU树脂含量对底涂剂性能的影响。研究结果表明:当R值为1.4,偶联剂用量为2.5%,SPU树脂含量为22.0%时,底涂剂综合性能较优。Using polyester diol,diphenylmethane-4,4-diisocyanate,and bis(γ-trimethoxysilylpropyl)amine as monomers,the silicone modified polyurethane(SPU)resin was prepared.Then,the pigment carbon black,filmforming agent,adhesion promoter N-β-(aminoethyl)-γ-aminopropyl trimethoxysilane and catalyst high activity organotin were added,and the silicone modified polyurethane(SPU)primer was prepared.The infrared spectroscopy was used for characterization analysis,and the effects of R value,coupling agent content and SPU resin content on the properties of primer were discussed.The research results showed that when the R value was1.4,the coupling agent content was 2.5%,and the SPU resin content was 22.0%,the comprehensive performance of primer was relatively good.
