摘　　要：文中就建设工程质量保修制度改革的必要性进行了分析,提出了工程质量保修制度的改革方向,进而规范化,确保建筑行业发展的长久性。This paper analyzes the necessity of the reform of the quality warranty system of construction engineering, and puts forward the direction of the reform of the quality warranty system of construction engineering, so as to standardize it and ensure the long-term development of the construction industry.
