喜炎平注射液在儿科临床中的应用及其在呼吸系统疾病治疗中优势病种的分析

摘　　要：目的:研究分析喜炎平注射液在儿科临床中的应用情况及其在呼吸系统疾病治疗中的优势病种。方法:筛选2012年1月—2017年6月在国内公开发表,并被中国知网资源总库(CNKI)、维普网、万方数据、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)收录,应用喜炎平注射液治疗儿科疾病的临床研究类文献。将纳入的文献整理录入Excel软件,按所治疾病进行分类,建立数据库,然后进行数据分析,计数资料率的比较采用卡方检验。结果:本研究共检索纳入473篇文献,涉及19种疾病,临床应用治疗研究较多的前5种疾病分别是手足口病、腹泻病、肺炎、上呼吸道感染、急性支气管炎。涉及到的呼吸系统疾病的研究文献最多,其次是感染性疾病、消化系统疾病、神经肌肉系统疾病、感染性疾病合并呼吸系统疾病。在呼吸系统疾病中喜炎平注射液对病毒性肺炎和病毒性上呼吸道感染的治疗效果最佳。结论:喜炎平注射液在儿科临床应用广泛,目前关于喜炎平治疗研究最多的疾病是手足口病,应用最广泛的是呼吸系统疾病,对腺病毒、流感病毒、副流感病毒、呼吸道合胞病毒等感染引起的病毒性肺炎和病毒性上呼吸道感染的治疗优势更明显。Objective:To investigate the clinical application status of Xiyanping injection in pediatrics and analysis of preponderant diseases in respiratory diseases.Method:It through screening clinical literatures on the treatment of pediatric diseases by Xiyanping Injection which were published in January 2012 to June 2017 in China,and included in China Knowledge Network Resources(CNKI),Wipu network,Wanfang data,and China Biomedical Literature Database(CBM).Put selected literatures data Classificated by disease into the Excel software,and analyze the data,only count data using chi-square analysis.Result:473 literatures were included in this study,involving 19 diseases,rounding out the top five diseases respectively were the hand-foot-and-mouth disease,diarrhea,pneumonia,upper respiratory tract infection,acute bronchitis.The most researched areas is respiratory system,followed by infectious diseases,next is digestive diseases,neuromuscular diseases,infectious diseases with breathing System.Xiyanping injection is the best treatment for viral pneumonia and viral upper respiratory tract infection in the respiratory system disease.Conclusion:Xiyanping injection is widely used in treating pediatric disease,the most studied disease is hand-foot-mouth disease treated by xiyanping injection recently,it is most widely used in respiratory diseases,and the treatment advantages of viral pneumonia and viral upper respiratory tract infection caused by adenovirus,in-fluenza virus,parainfluenza virus,respiratory syncytial virus and other infections are more obvious.
