大肠癌湿热蕴结证的舌象特征与舌苔脱落细胞成熟度的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:观察大肠癌湿热蕴结证的舌象特征,检测舌苔脱落细胞的成熟度(MI、MV),通过中医舌诊与舌苔脱落细胞的检测,为大肠癌的早期诊断提供方法和思路。方法:观察舌象特征并记录,拍照后留存;舌苔脱落细胞的成熟度(MI、MV)用巴氏染色的方式检测。结果:湿热蕴结型大肠癌患者的舌象以紫舌、黄厚腻苔为主(P<0.05);舌苔脱落细胞成熟度(MI、MV):大肠癌组与其他三组相比,表层细胞的数量最少,中层细胞数量最多(P<0.05)。结论:当患者通过肠镜检查发现肠道肿物时,表现为紫舌、黄厚腻苔的舌象特征,巴氏染色舌苔脱落细胞,发现中层数量明显增加、表层数量明显减少时,提示发生大肠癌的可能性大。The onset of colorectal cancer is insidious,and most people are already in the advanced stage when discovered,and the survival rate is low.Therefore,early diagnosis of colorectal cancer is very important.From the perspective of TCM tongue picture,this topic is to study TCM patients with damp-heat accumulation syndrome intestinal disease,record and observe tongue picture characteristics by taking pictures,then scrape the tongue coating,and use the method of Pap staining to detect the maturity of tongue coating exfoliated cells degree(MI,MV).The final findings:the syndrome of damp-heat accumulation in colorectal cancer is mainly characterized by purple tongue and yellow thick greasy coating(P<0.05);tongue coating exfoliated cell maturity(MI,MV):the number of surface cells gradually changes from the normal control group to the colorectal cancer group decrease,the number of middle layer cells from the normal control group to the colorectal cancer group gradually increased(P<0.05).This shows that when a patient has an intestinal mass after colonoscopy,the tongue appears as purple tongue,yellow thick greasy coating,the number of middle layer cells of tongue coating exfoliated cells is significantly increased,and the number of surface cells is significantly reduced,suggesting the possibility of colorectal cancer.
