摘 要:既有建筑地基基础质量事故往往导致基础不均匀沉降及倾斜超标等问题,采用新增桩基补强方案对既有建筑地基进行加固处理是较为常见和稳妥的加固方案。复合桩基方案由于桩数较少,对基础底板破坏较小,成为既有建筑桩基加固的首选方案。若复合桩基加固时采用均匀布桩形式,会很难调节基础各部位的不均匀沉降,从而影响加固效果。因此,采用不均匀布桩的变刚度调平设计成为地基基础加固中减小差异变形、优化反力分布的适宜设计方法。本文通过工程实例论证了变刚度调平设计在既有建筑地基基础减沉、纠倾方面的应用。The quality accidents of existing building foundation often lead to problems of uneven settlement and excessive tilt of the foundation.It is reliable to adopt pile foundation reinforcement scheme to strengthen the existing building foundation.Due to its small damage to foundation slab,the composite pile foundation is preferred for pile foundation reinforcement of existing buildings.It is difficult to adjust the uneven settlement of the foundation if uniform pile distribution is adopted in the reinforcement of composite pile foundation,thus affecting the reinforcement effect.Therefore,the variable stiffness leveling design with non-uniform pile distribution becomes an appropriate design method to reduce the differential deformation and optimize the reaction force distribution in foundation reinforcement.This paper demonstrates the application of variable stiffness leveling design in reducing subsidence and rectifying deflection of existing building foundation through engineering examples.
