摘　　要：无线测溫在冷轧机组设备监控的应用实现了温度数据直观显示、数据库管理、历史曲线查询,设备状态性能自动分析等功能;通过内部局域网时时发布各设备温度情况,实现点检及管理人员在办公室就能时时了解各设备温度状况;增加短信报警功能,当监测设备出现异常,及时发送短信通知相关人员,实现点检及管理人员随时随地掌握整个机组设备的异常状况。The application of wireless temperature measurement in the equipment monitoring of cold rolling mills retilizes the functions of temperature data visualization,database management,historical curve enquiry,automatic analysis of equipment status and performance,etc.The real-time release of equipment temperature can be realized through internal LAN,so that the point inspection and management personnel can know the real-time temperature of each equipment in the office.By adding SMS alarming function,when the monitoring equipment is abnormal,SMS will be sent to inform the relevant personnel in time,so that the point inspection and management personnel can grasp the abnormal conditions of the equipment in whole machine set anytime and anywhere.
