摘  要:针对东风型机车冷却系统设计缺陷造成的散热能力不足问题,进行可靠性技术研究。从优化通风机电机安装位置、散热单节强制性通风改造、增加柴油机高温水系排气管路、增加静液压系统控制通道4个方面采取技术措施,大幅降低冷却系统故障率,提高机车运用可靠性,满足企业铁路运输生产发展的需要。Aiming at the problem of insufficient heat dissipation capacity caused by the design defects of Dongfeng locomotive cooling system,the reliability technology was studied.The project adopted the technical mesisures from four aspects:optimizing the installation position of fan motor,transforming the forced ventilation of heat-dissipation single section,increasing the exhaust pipe for high temperature water system of diesel engine,and increasing the control channel of hydrostatic system,so as to greatly reduce the failure rate of cooling system,improve the operation reliability of locomotive,and meet the needs of railway transportation production development of enterprises.
