摘　　要：介绍了棒材轧机导卫装置的作用,对使用过程中出现的易损坏部位进行了分析,针对导卫内腔易于磨损,因导卫横梁刚性差,影响导卫调整对中精度等问题,进行相应的技术改进,取得了良好的使用效果。This paper introduced the function of the guide device in bar rolling mills,analyzed the parts damaged easily in the using process,pointed out that the inner cavity of the guide was easy to wear and the poor rigidity of the guide beam affected the alignment accuracy of the guide adjustment,and then the corresponding technical improvement was made,which has achieved good results.
