植物状态患者家属焦虑情况及影响因素分析

摘　　要：的调查植物状态(VS)患者家属焦虑情况及影响因素。方法选择2019年2月至2019年9月康复治疗的51例VS患者家属,对其进行问卷调查,内容包括家属的一般信息,家属对患者状态的评价以及GAD-7量表评定等,并分析患者家属焦虑的相关影响因素。结果51例患者家属中非焦虑状态31例,焦虑状态17例,单因素分析显示非焦虑组与焦虑组患者年龄、家属文化程度及家属认为患者未来正常生活的可能性方面,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。进一步多因素分析结果显示患者年龄及家属认为患者未来正常生活的可能性为患者家属发生焦虑的独立影响因素。对患者年龄进行相关分析发现患者年龄与患者家属GAD-7评分呈弱相关(r=-0.493,P<0.05);患者正常生活可能性微弱的患者家属GAD-7评分显著高于可能性较强的患者家属,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论患者年龄及家属认为患者未来正常生活的可能性大小是患者家属焦虑的影响因素。Objective To investigate the anxiety of family members of patients in vegetative state(VS)and its influencing factors.Methods The families of 51 patients with VS who had received rehabilitation treatment in our department from February 2019 to September 2019 were selected as the respondents and a questionnaire survey was conducted,which included the general information of the family members,their evaluation of the patient's state and evaluation of GAD-7 scale.The related influencing factors of the anxiety of the family members of the patients were analyzed.Results Among the 51 patients,31 were not anxious and 17 were anxious.Single factor analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences between the non-anxiety group and the anxiety group in terms of age,education level of the patients'family members and their judgment on possibility of the patients'rehabilitation in the future(P<0.05).Further multi-factor analysis showed that the patient's age and the family members*judgment on possibility of the patients'rehabilitation in the future were independent factors influencing the anxiety of the patient's family members.A weak correlation was found between the patient's age and GAD 7 score of the patient's family members(r=-0.493;P<0.05);The in-group analysis of the family members'judgment on possibility of the patients'rehabilitation in the future suggested that GAD-7 score of the family members who thought the patient had a low possibility of rehabilitation was significantly higher than that of a high possibility,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The age of patients and the family members*judgment on possibility of the patients'rehabilitation in the future are the factors influencing their anxiety.
