护理危机干预对体外受精-胚胎移植术妇女的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨体外受精-胚胎移植的治疗过程中,护理干预对治疗结局及患者的心理健康的影响方法选择2020年5月至10月体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)妇女,随机分为2组,对照组(69例)妇女采用传统的护理干预措施,观察组(78例)妇女采用系统护理危机干预,包括集中进行肌肉放松训练、认知行为治疗、专业知识的宣教等观察两组患者妊娠结局、心理健康状态及血皮质醇水平的变化结果两组患者年龄、不孕年限、文化程度,不孕原因、受精方式及胚胎移植数目等方面差异无统计学意义。观察组患者心理健康状态明显得到改善,应急激素血皮质醇水平显著下降,HCG阳性率明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义。结论在IVF-ET治疗过程中给予患者护理危机干预,能明显改善患者心理健康状态、提高妊娠率.Obective To evaluate the efect of nusing crisis intervention program on the result of IVF-ET and psychological responses of ifetile women.Methods 147 women undergoing IVF-ET treatment were randomly asigned to experimental and control groups.The experimental group(n=78)used a nusing crisis intervention progam,such as viewing a video which explained the therapeutic process of IVF-ET and a muscle relxation training program and provision of cognitive-behavioral counseling.The control group(n=69)was provided routing healthy care educaion.Both groups were asessed the stress hormones cortisol on day 3 and HCG injection day;two questionnaires were adminstered before the start of treatment and the day of embryo-transfer to measure the psychological states.Result The psychological responses of the experimental group were improved significantly meanwhile the sres hormones were lower than the control group;the difrrence of HCG positive rate between the two groups is statistic aly signifiant,which were 64%(the experimental group)and 48%(the control group)respectively(P<0.05).Both groups were comparable in the age,duration of ifertility,education background,number of transferred embryos and inferility factors.Conclusion Using a nursing crisis intervention program during IVF--ET can definitely improve infertile women’s psychological state and increase pregnancy rate.
