新发展格局视角下中国(新疆)与周边中亚国家经济金融合作的路径与优化

摘　　要：新冠肺炎疫情对世界经济政治格局带来深远影响,在复杂严峻的外部环境下,我国提出坚定扩大对外开放、构建新发展格局的战略部署。新疆周边中亚国家是“一带一路”建设的优先方向,本文在梳理当前我国与周边国家经贸发展及金融合作形势的基础上,分析深化合作面临的机遇与挑战,并从宏观、中观、微观层面,提出探索合作路径与层次安排、以贸易物流通道快速发展为契机加强经贸往来、深化人民币与周边国家货币合作以及推进金融服务网络化布局等建议。The COVID-19 epidemic has had a profound impact on the world economic and political landscape.Under the complex and grim external environment,China has put forward the strategic deployment of firmly expanding opening-up and building a new development landscape.Central Asian countries surrounding Xinjiang are the priority of"One Belt And One Road"construction,on the basis of sorting out the current situation of economic and trade development and financial cooperation between China and neighboring countries,this paper analyzes the opportunities and challenges faced by deepening cooperation,and puts forward some suggestions from macro,medium and micro levels,such as exploring cooperation paths and arrangement,taking the rapid development of trade and logistics channels as an opportunity to strengthen economic and trade exchanges,deepening the currency cooperation between RMB and neighboring countries,and pro-moting the network layout of financial services.
