摘 要:文化旅游数字化建设是旅游发展的新动能。文化旅游数字化建设涉及众多利益相关者,常常出现建设缺乏系统性、用户体验差、投资效益低等问题,各利益相关者之间冲突不断。应在价值共创理论基础上,剖析我国文旅数字化建设的发展历程和主要利益相关者,构建文化旅游数字化建设的价值共创模式,并研究其基本构架和价值实现过程,以数字化赋能文旅产业高质量发展。Digital construction of culture tourism is the new driving force of tourism development.It involves many stakeholders,there often appear many problems such as lack of systematic construction,poor user experience and low investment efficiency,and there are constant conflicts among the stakeholders.Based on the theory of value co-creation,this paper analyzes the development process and the main stakeholders of digital construction of cultural tourism in China,constructs its value co-creation model,and studies its basic framework and value realization process,so as to enable cultural tourism industry to develop with high-quality by use of digitization.
