摘 要:目前国内油田注水系统优化改造时,需要确定注水系统能耗的主控因素,为此提出了一种基于模糊层次分析法的注水系统能耗主控因素确定方法。首先明确了注水系统能量的流向,把损失的能量分为3类,并进一步分析了造成这3类损失的影响因素,从而建立了注水系统能耗影响因素的分层模型;提出了基于模糊层次分析法的注水系统能耗主控因素确定方法,构建了注水系统能耗损失的隶属度函数、模糊互补矩阵,得到了注水系统能耗影响因素的综合权重值。现场应用表明,所建立的能耗影响因素分层模型和形成的模糊层次分析法能有效确定注水系统能耗的主控因素,为注水系统的优化改造提供了依据。The main control factors of energy consumption of water injection system need to be determined in the optimization and reconstruction of domestic oilfield water injection system.Therefore,a method of determining the main control factors of energy consumption of water injection system based on Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process(FAHP)is proposed.The energy flow direction of water injection system is defined,the energy loss of it is divided into three types,and the influencing factors of these three types of loss are analyzed,thus a hierarchical model of influencing factors of energy consumption of water injection system is established;The membership function and fuzzy complementary matrix of energy consumption loss in water injection system are constructed,and the comprehensive weight value of influencing factors of energy consumption in water injection system is obtained.The case shows that the hierarchical model of influencing factors of energy consumption and the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process can effectively determine the main controlling factors of energy consumption of water injection system,and provide the basis for the optimization and transformation of water injection system.
