摘 要:为了解决大流量凝结水的输送问题,设计了卧式多级凝结水泵GN280-60。采用计算流体动力学(CFD)对该泵进行内部复杂三维流场数值模拟和性能预测。运用UG软件建立水泵各部分几何模型,利用icem软件进行非结构网格划分,基于RNG k-ε湍流模型对凝结水泵内部流场数值进行模拟,得到凝结水泵的外特性曲线和各级压力云图等。通过对样机进行外特性试验,对比试验数据和模拟数据后可以发现两者吻合比较理想。模拟结果和分析表明:本项目采用的CFD方法较好地预测了多级凝结水泵的性能,展示了水泵内部流动情况,此次数值模拟是可行的;所研制的大流量多级凝结水泵水力模型达到了较高水平,满足了实际工程的需要。In order to solve the transportation problem of large flow condensate water,a horizontal multi-stage condensate pump GN280-60 hydraulic model was developed.The complex three-dimensional internal flow field inside the pump was numerically simulated and the performance of pump was predicated by CFD.Geometric model of each part of the condensate pump was established by UG,and its unstructured mesh was made.The turbulence model based on the RNG k-εmodel was used to simulate the internal flow field of the condensate pump and to obtain the pump performance prediction data and curves.The simulation results have good agreement with the experimental data.The results show that it is feasible and effective to simulate the complex internal flow of the condensate and performance prediction,and the result is credible.The hydraulic model had reached a high level and satisfied the needs of actual engineering.
