摘 要:利用微型螺杆挤出机制备了热塑性聚氨酯基动态硫化硅橡胶(TPSiV),通过力学性能测试、热重分析和扫描电子显微镜考察了基料配比、硅橡胶和热塑性聚氨酯的种类、动态硫化温度及交联剂用量等对TPSiV力学性能、耐热性能及微观形态的影响,据此确定的最佳组成和工艺参数为:牌号80 A的热塑性聚氨酯与硅橡胶YT 3150在180℃下以7/3的质量配比,加入质量分数0.5%的交联剂、0.1%的催化剂和5%的相容剂进行动态硫化,此条件下所制备TPSiV的拉伸强度、扯断伸长率和邵尔A硬度分别达到了13.6 MPa、864%和75。Thermoplastic polyurethane based dynamically vulcanized silicone rubber(TPSiV)was prepared by micro screw extruder.The effects of base material addition ratio,type of silicone rubber and thermoplastic polyurethane,dynamic vulcanization temperature and amount of crosslinking agent on mechanical properties,heat resistance and microstructure of TPSiV were investigated by mechanical properties test,thermogravimetric analysis and scanning electron microscope.The optimum composition and process parameters were determined as follows:thermoplastic polyurethane 80 A and silicone rubber YT 3150 were dynamically vulcanized at 180℃with mass ratio of 7/3,mass fraction of 0.5%crosslinking agent,0.1%catalyst and 5%compatibilizer.Under these conditions,the tensile strength,elongation at break and Shore A hardness of TPSiV reached 13.6 MPa,864%and 75,respectively.
