社会支持对大学生心理应激的影响:应对方式的中介作用

摘　　要：考察应对方式在社会支持与大学生心理应激之间的中介效应,以探讨社会支持影响心理应激的作用机制。采用青少年生活事件量表、简易应对方式问卷和社会支持评定量表,对396名大学生进行测试。研究发现心理应激与社会支持、积极应对呈显著负相关,与消极应对呈显著正相关;中介效应检验结果显示消极应对在主观支持因子和心理应激之间起部分中介作用,积极应对在社会支持和心理应激之间不起中介作用。Investigate the mediating effect of coping styles between social support and college students’psychological stress to explore the mechanism of social support affecting psychological stress.This study used adolescent life event scale,simple coping style questionnaire and social support rating scale to test 396 college students.The study found that psychological stress was significantly negatively correlated with social support and active coping,and was significantly positively correlated with negative coping.The mediating effect test results showed that negative coping played a part of the mediating role between subjective support factors and psychological stress.There is no mediating role between support and psychological stress.
