摘　　要：保定白沟箱包行业是河北省乃至全国的特色产业。箱包企业在发展外向型经济过程中,翻译人才发挥着举足轻重的作用。地方院校应以区位经济优势为导向,调研箱包企业的翻译人才需求,加强校企合作和师资培养,在课堂教学中引入企业翻译实践案例等,以培养符合市场需求、服务地方箱包及其他行业的英语翻译人才。Baoding Baigou luggage and bags industry is a characteristic industry in Hebei Province and even in the whole country.In the process of developing export-oriented economy,translation talents play an important role in these enterprises.Local colleges and universities should take the regional economic advantages as the guidance,investigate the demand for translation talents of luggage enterprises,strengthen school-enterprise cooperation and teacher training,and introduce enterprise translation practice cases in classroom teaching to cultivate English translation talents who will meet the market demand and serve local luggage and other industries.
