中药雾化技术在干燥综合征患者眼干症状中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的观察中药雾化熏眼对干燥综合征(Sjogren′s syndrome,SS)患者眼干症状的影响。方法于2018年5月—2019年5月随机纳入57例SS患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组28例,观察组29例。对照组患者口服硫酸羟氯喹片治疗,每日两次,每次0.2 g,结合0.9%NaCl雾化熏眼;观察组患者口服硫酸羟氯喹片,同时辅以中药雾化熏眼。观察和比较两组患者治疗前后临床疗效变化情况。结果观察组临床症状改善总有效率为89.66%,显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组眼干症状改善情况显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗前后左右眼泪腺分泌功能(Schirmer实验)有显著改善(P<0.05),且改善情况与对照组相比均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论西医常规治疗配合中药雾化熏洗双眼能有效缓解SS患者眼干症状。Objective To observe curative effects of herbal inhalation in treating dry eye and quality of life of the patients with sjogren′s syndrome(SS).Methods 57 SS patients were randomly included from May 2018 to May 2019.The control group were treated with hydroxychloroquine sulfate tablets(0.2g,bid),combined with 0.9%NaCl atomization for eye fumigation;the observation group were treated with hydroxychloroquine sulfate tablets and Chinese medicine atomization.The clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 82.3%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group.The improvement of VAS in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The results of Schirmer test in left and right eyes in the observation group were significantly improved before and after treatment(P<0.05),and the improvement was statistically significant compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The routine treatment of Western medicine combined with the traditional Chinese medicine atomization fumigating and washing the eyes has a certain clinical effect in alleviating the symptoms of SS dry eyes.
