建筑工程施工临时用电成本管控探析

摘　　要：施工临时用电节省用电,不仅对降低社会能量损耗、节约资源具有积极作用,而且能有效降低工程项目用电成本,提高企业经济利润。基于福州市轨道交通2号线工程前期配套工程下院小学项目基础上,结合项目特点和施工用电费用构成,对影响该项目施工临时用电成本管控的主要因素进行分析,提出相应的管理措施,以期在类似项目的施工临时用电成本管控方面提供借鉴。Saving electricity for temporary construction not only plays a positive role in reducing social energy loss and saving resources,but also can effectively reduce the electricity cost of engineering projects and improve the economic profits of enterprises.Based on the preliminary supporting project of Fuzhou Rail Transit Line 2,Xiayuan primary school project,combined with the characteristics of the project and the composition of construction electricity cost,this paper analyzes the main factors affecting the cost control of temporary electricity in the construction of the project,and puts forward the corresponding management measures,so as to provide reference for similar projects.
