摘  要:针对宁钢多煤种大比例使用国外炼焦煤的现状,借助于先进的逐步回归分析法,通过对单种煤、生产配合煤与焦炭热性质的相关性及回归分析,探讨了国内外煤种配合下焦炭热性质的主要影响因素,建立了适用于宁钢自身特色的热性质预测模型。研究发现,变质程度(Rran、Vdaf)、黏结性G、灰分Ad及催化指数MCI仍是热性质的主要影响因素,而生产上更要重视MCI值控制;所得预测模型简单、实用,可以更好地指导炼焦生产。In view of the current situation that diversified and high proportion of foreign coking coal is being used in Ningbo Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.,with the help of advanced stepwise regression analysis method,the main influencing factors of coke thermal properties for blending domestic and foreign coking coals were discussed by means of correlation and regression analysis of single coal,production blending coal with coke thermal properties,and a prediction model for thermal properties of Ningbo Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.was established.It is found that the Coal rank(Rran&Vdaf),Caking index G,Ash content Ad and Mineral catalytic index MCI still remain the major influencing factors of thermal properties,and the control of MCI value more attention.The prediction model is simple and practical,which can better guide coking production.
