摘　　要：因焦煤、肥煤等优质炼焦煤资源相对有限,中国已将炼焦煤资源中的肥煤(含气肥煤)、焦煤(含1/3焦煤)、瘦煤规定为"特殊和稀缺煤"。通过对非"特殊和稀缺煤"进行科学评价,合理搭配,在降低配煤成本的同时,大量地使用了劣质非"特殊和稀缺煤",并改善了冶金焦炭的质量。Due to the limited premium coking coal resources,China has classified the fat coal(including gas-fat coal),primary coking coal(including 1/3 coking coal)and lean coal as"special and scarce coal"In this paper,the non"special and scarce coal"has been evaluated scientifically and coal resources have been allocated rationally,i.e.the coal blending cost is minimized and the amount of non"special and scarce coal"with low quality is used as much as possible so that the metallurgical coke quality can be improved.
