摘 要:印尼褐煤具有低灰、低硫、低有害元素的优势特性,是中温干馏生产铁合金焦的优质原料,但印尼褐煤粒度较小、热稳定性差,无法直接用做内热式直立炉的原料。试验研究了印尼褐煤无黏结剂成型条件,考察了水分、提质温度、成型压力、粒度组成对型煤强度的影响,并进行了中温热解试验。试验结果表明,当印尼褐煤最大粒径小于0.5 mm,且小于0.125 mm的粉煤占40%时,在大于40 MPa的成型压力下,制备的型煤具有较好的冷态强度,性能基本满足内热式直立炉对原料强度的需要。Indonesian lignite has the quality characteristics of low ash,low sulfur and low harmful elements which determines it is a high quality raw material for producing ferroalloy coke from medium temperature dry distillation.Nevertheless its small size and poor heat stability results in failure of raw material to be directly used for internal heat vertical furnace.The characteristic of lignite binderless molding was studied through experiments,including the effect on strength of briquette through dryness upgrading temperature pyrolysis test from moisture content extracting temperature,forming pressure and size distribution.The test results show that when Indonesian lignite with a maximum particle size less than 0.5 mm and pulverized coal size less than 0.125 mm accounting for 40%percent under40 MPa forming pressure,the coal briquette,as raw material,will have preferable cold strength with adequate thermal stability to meet the requirement of the internal heat vertical furnace.
