摘　　要：介绍了宁钢焦化厂提高冶金焦率的研究与实践,通过溜槽改造、料位控制及放焦模式优化,减少了焦炭在运输过程中的摔打与磨损,有效提升了冶金焦率。In this paper,research and practice on improving metallurgical coke ratio for Ningbo Iron&Steel is introduced.Solutions are also presented,such as coke chute modification,coke level control and coke discharging optimization so that coke collision and abrasion during handling can be minimized and the metallurgical coke ratio can be effectively increased.
