摘　　要：介绍了200 t/h干熄焦装置循环风机的原理及工艺,分析了出现的典型故障现象,通过频谱分析,排除了轴承损坏、基础松动等原因,分析原因为叶片开焊导致的不平衡,通过针对性的检修处理,保证了生产的安全顺行,达到了预知预测的检修目的。The working principle and process flow of gas circulating fan in 200 t/h CDQ unit are introduced in this paper.Typical phenomenons in fault are analyzed.Through spectrum analysis,the typical failure is attributed to the imbalance of impeller caused by blades unwelding,rather than bearing damage and pedestal loose,etc..After the targeted repair,safe and smooth production can be ensured,and predictive repair and maintenance can be achievable.
