摘  要:沙钢焦化厂6 m焦炉运行中出现格子砖堵塞、蓄热室阻力增大、高炉煤气量不能正常供应的问题,影响立火道的正常燃烧,从而造成部分炉头温度偏低。结合现场实际,通过优化工艺操作,采用炉头低温补偿加热的方式,较好地解决了炉头温度偏低问题,改善并优化了焦炉热工状态,取得了一定的经济效益。In consideration of the problems occurred during operation of 6 m coke oven batteries of Shagang Coking Plant,such as checkered bricks blockage,increased regenerator resistance and insufficient BFG supplying.As a result,normal combustion of the vertical flue failed and it resulted in low temperature at some oven ends.Based on actual situation and through optimization for process operation,i.e.a compensation heating technology at oven ends is adopted to effectively solve this problem,so that coke oven heating condition can be improved and economic benefit can be obtained to some extent.
