摘　　要：横管初冷器的冷却效率直接影响荒煤气的处理效果,间接影响煤气输送和煤气净化。为了优化横管初冷器的运行,提高换热效率,提升初冷后煤气清洁度,本文对横管初冷器的使用效果进行了探讨。The cooling efficiency of cross-tube primary cooler has direct influence on the effect of raw gas treatment and indirect one on gas delivery and purification.In order to optimize the operation of the cross-tube primary cooler,to improve the heat exchange efficiency and to increase the cleanliness of the gas after the primary cooling stage,solutions to the utilization effect of the cross-tube primary cooler are suggested in this paper.
