摘　　要：乡村旅游是乡村振兴的重要选择路径,乡村旅游需要解决农民的参与权益、集体资产增值以及吸引外来资本加入。袁家村借助模式创新实现了个体经营、合作社经营、合作社联合以及股份有限公司等经营主体多元并存,构建了资金、资源、客源与收益共享模式,袁家村的实践证明,农民专业合作社是凝聚农民集体力量的有效组织,多元主体共存是提升农村经济活力的重要保障,新型利益联结是乡村旅游发展的核心。Rural tourism is an important path for rural revitalization. Rural tourism needs to address farmers’ rights and interests, collective asset appreciation and attract foreign capital. With the help of model innovation, Yuanjia village has realized the coexistence of diversified business entities such as individual operation, cooperative operation, cooperative association and joint stock limited company. The mode of sharing funds, resources, customers and benefits has been established. The practice of Yuanjia village has proved that farmer professional cooperatives are effective organizations to gather the collective strength of farmers, the coexistence of multiple subjects is an important guarantee to enhance the rural economic vitality, and the new mechanism of interest connection is the core of rural tourism development.
