摘　　要：目的探讨针刺配合温灸盒艾灸治疗对中风后假性球麻痹患者脑血流及血液流变学的影响。方法选择我院收治的80例中风后假性球麻痹患者,随机分为实验组与对照组各40例。对照组给予常规内科治疗,实验组在对照组基础上采用针刺配合温灸盒艾灸治疗,两组均治疗20 d。观察两组的临床疗效、治疗前后脑血流与血液流变学指标。结果实验组治疗总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的大脑中动脉(MCA)、大脑后动脉(PCA)与大脑前动脉(ACA)血流速度均升高,全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度与红细胞压积均降低(P<0.05);实验组的MCA、PCA、ACA血流速度均高于对照组,全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度与红细胞压积均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针刺配合温灸盒艾灸治疗中风后假性球麻痹的效果满意,可显著改善患者的脑血流及血液流变学指标。Objective To explore the influence of acupuncture combined with warm box moxibustion on cerebral blood flow and hemorheology in patients with pseudobulbar paralysis after stroke.Methods 80 cases of patients with pseudobulbar paralysis after stroke were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional medical treatment,while the experimental group was treated with acupuncture combined with warm box moxibustion on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy and the indicators of cerebral blood flow and hemorheology before and after treatment of the two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 95.00%,higher than 80.00%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the blood flow velocity of middle cerebral artery(MCA),posterior cerebral artery(PCA)and anterior cerebral artery(ACA)in the two groups increased,and the whole blood high shear viscosity,whole blood low shear viscosity and hematocrit decreased(P<0.05);The blood flow velocity of MCA,PCA and ACA in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the whole blood high shear viscosity,whole blood low shear viscosity and hematocrit were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Acupuncture combined with warm box moxibustion has satisfactory effect on pseudobulbar paralysis after stroke,which can significantly improve the indicators of cerebral blood flow and hemorheology.
