拮抗剂方案中GnRHa扳机与hCG扳机联合应用的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨拮抗剂方案中促性腺激素释放激素激动剂(GnRHa)扳机与人绒毛膜促性腺激素(hCG)扳机联合应用的效果。方法选取在我院生殖中心进行体外受精/卵胞浆内单精子(IVF/ICSI)注射且正常卵巢储备采用的60例患者,两组均采用拮抗剂方案治疗,根据扳机方式不同分为A组(n=30)和B组(n=30)。A组采用GnRHa+hCG方案,B组采用hCG方案,比较两组胚胎质量及妊娠结局。结果A组的获卵数、D3Ⅰ级胚胎率明显高于B组(P<0.05)。A组的临床妊娠率、活产率明显高于B组(P<0.05)。结论与单独使用hCG扳机相比,拮抗剂方案中GnRHa扳机与hCG扳机联合应用可明显提高胚胎质量,改善妊娠结局,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the effect of gonadotropin releasing hormone agonist(GnRHa)trigger combined with human chorionic gonadotropin(hCG)trigger in antagonist regimen.Methods 60 patients with IVF/ICSI and normal ovarian reserve in our reproductive center were selected and divided into group A(n=30)and group B(n=30)according to different trigger modes.Both groups were given antagonist regimen.Group A used GnRHa+hCG regimen,while group B used hCG regimen.The embryo quality and pregnancy outcomes of the two groups were compared.Results The number of retrieved oocytes and D3Ⅰembryo rate in group A were significantly higher than those in group B(P<0.05).The clinical pregnancy rate and live birth rate in group A were significantly higher than those in group B(P<0.05).Conclusions Compared with hCG trigger,GnRHa trigger combined with hCG trigger can improve the embryo quality and pregnancy outcomes,which is worthy of promotion.
